Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial stability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
