Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform marketing strategies and optimize sales.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service.
