Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. - Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or related environment.
- Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
