Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Blackman Support Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Analyst will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign and improvement of applications and software.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security systems.
  • Experience with database software, MS Office, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
