Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sanitation Pros Inc. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements
  • Bondable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Physically demanding work and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
