Role Overview:
The IT Senior Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in collaborating with colleagues within IT Services, university stakeholders, and external service providers. This position involves analyzing trends, identifying issues, and determining, designing, recommending, documenting, and implementing solutions—whether they be hardware, software, or procedural—for the effective operation and maintenance of the institution's infrastructure services.

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in supporting infrastructure services within a medium to large enterprise.
- Proven expertise in networking technologies, including switching, firewalls, RADIUS, VPNs, and routing protocols (such as OSPF and BGP).
- Formal training or experience in:
- Storage area networks and associated hardware
- Enterprise monitoring solutions
- Windows and Linux administration
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
- Experience in supporting enterprise systems and network environments is essential.
