About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media and in-store promotions, to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
