Administrative Coordinator

2127423 Manitoba Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Draft and prepare reports and various documents for review and presentation to executive committees and boards.
- Oversee and guide administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Evaluate incoming and outgoing correspondence, submissions, and reports.
- Organize agendas and coordinate arrangements for meetings, including committees and boards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including itineraries and reservations.
- Generate invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and manage contracts and other documentation.
- Plan and execute company events and functions.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication.
- Exceptional written communication abilities.
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player.
