About the Role

The Claims and Warranty Advisor is responsible for delivering technical and warranty support to a variety of stakeholders. This role encompasses performing assessments, conducting discussions, and negotiating to evaluate complaints in accordance with established regulations and guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on warranty-related matters.
  • Facilitating effective resolutions to warranty issues.
