We're on a mission to revolutionize the retail industry with our innovative OMS SaaS solution, and we need a talented Partner Manager to join our team in North America.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement our partnership strategy to drive growth and expansion in the region.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Sales, CRO, and Head of Channel and Partnerships to develop a go-to-market plan for our next stages of growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including system integrators, consulting firms, and technology providers.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, and manage the deal pipeline to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive brand awareness and attract new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing partnerships in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and order management solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the retail tech environment and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and negotiate deals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively to secure business partnerships.
