Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment, coffee shop, or fast food outlet.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
