Restaurant Manager Job Description

Mile High Poutine is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our poutine establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
