Restaurant Operations Manager

Strong & Free Food Theory Inc o/a Camino Taco is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and services.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Staff Management: Set staff work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Operations: Determine type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, be organized, and have excellent communication skills.
