Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our Marketing team at Wisedocs AI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative demand generation programs to drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and events, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand message.
- Campaign Innovation: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and drive conversion, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and enhance performance.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft and deliver persuasive brand narratives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from the competition.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using key metrics and analytics to guide strategic decisions and optimize ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies fresh and relevant.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in managing multi-channel marketing strategies in the Insurtech and/or B2B SaaS sector.
- Experience with Hubspot and Marketo preferred (or similar CRMs).
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing metrics to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- A hybrid model requiring on-site presence at least twice/week.
