About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our Marketing team at Wisedocs AI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative demand generation programs to drive awareness, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and events, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand message.
  • Campaign Innovation: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and drive conversion, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and enhance performance.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft and deliver persuasive brand narratives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from the competition.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using key metrics and analytics to guide strategic decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies fresh and relevant.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in managing multi-channel marketing strategies in the Insurtech and/or B2B SaaS sector.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Marketo preferred (or similar CRMs).
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
