Your Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a customer-centric culture within your team, utilizing extensive Bank resources and knowledge to implement best-in-class strategies.
  2. Establish a comprehensive vision for customer acquisition that encompasses both mass and targeted segments, supported by clear metrics for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  3. Oversee the design and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and profitability targets for the Retail Products Portfolio, including Chequing, Savings, Credit Cards, Unsecured Lending, and Insurance.
  4. Utilize market research, historical campaign data, and customer insights to develop impactful programs that enhance customer onboarding and deepen relationships through tailored engagement strategies.
  5. Lead strategic go-to-market initiatives to capture new market share, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and seamless execution across the organization.
  6. Employ both offline and digital channels to create integrated customer experiences that effectively reach diverse segments and facilitate a smooth customer journey.
  7. Support the bank's commitment to customer centricity and personalization by collaborating with product and strategy teams to ensure that offerings meet the needs of both broad and strategic customer segments.
  8. Maximize the return on marketing investments by conducting thorough analyses, implementing test-and-learn strategies, and providing sound business justifications for targeted expenditures.
  9. Develop and nurture a high-performing team through consistent leadership practices that promote self-awareness, personal growth, and career advancement.
  10. Integrate the Bank's risk management principles into daily operations and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education with a concentration in Business.
  2. Extensive management experience, particularly in Product Management, Program Delivery, and Marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of Retail Products financials and profit-and-loss dynamics.
  4. Exceptional strategic thinking, customer focus, and results-oriented skills.
  5. Proven leadership and collaboration abilities, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
