Job Title: Executive VP International

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Executive VP International. This role will be responsible for leading our Philanthropy and Partnerships team in Canada, driving fundraising efforts, and developing meaningful partnerships with Canadian churches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, inspiring and directing them to achieve our fundraising goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of large-scale capital campaigns, ensuring successful launch and execution.
  • Manage a portfolio of key donors and prospects, building strong relationships and securing significant funding for our international programs.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and colleagues to create a high-level vision and direction for the team, driving strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Empower the team to grow our partnership with Canadian churches, Christian faith leaders, and pastors, fostering meaningful relationships and securing support for our mission.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leadership and fundraising success in a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and church partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of philanthropic trends and best practices.
