About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at SSP Canada. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Manage food quality, safety, and presentation to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Optimize labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as Food Handlers' Card.
- Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems.
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities.
- Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
