Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at SSP Canada. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage food quality, safety, and presentation to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Optimize labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Food Handlers' Card, required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
