Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and promotions.
  • Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills of staff, providing training and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant and food service.
