Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Control costs, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Represent the restaurant in a professional manner, building relationships with suppliers, partners, and the community.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
