About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papajohns Pizza. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our food service staff.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the ordering and management of food and beverage inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Language

The primary language of communication for this role is English.
