We are currently seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our dedicated team.

About the Opportunity

  • Responds to and directs telephone inquiries, greets and assists visitors;
  • Provides routine information and addresses inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff;
  • Conducts active screening of employees and visitors;
  • Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and couriers;
  • Prepares and disseminates forms, reports, and other documents to appropriate personnel and departments;
  • Handles a variety of assignments, some of which may be confidential;
  • Processes and records client payments;
  • Ensures client safety by adhering to all standard operational procedures and safe work practices.

About You

In addition to valuing continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:

  • High School / GED completion.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, particularly with seniors.
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Experience managing cash flow.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset.
  • Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This position is suitable for a retired individual.
  • A passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care.
