  3. Customer Service

  4. Asset Protection and Safety

    Implement and maintain asset protection and safety controls, including monitoring and responding to compliance issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  5. Community Involvement

    Support store initiatives to serve the community, including participating in community events and developing relationships with key community groups.

  6. Performance Management

    Conduct regular store meetings, communicate operational direction and initiatives, and drive engagement and recognition among associates.
