TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Director of Property Management. This position involves leading the management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, reporting directly to the Vice President of Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily operational functions while providing leadership to team members and stakeholders.Enhance operational systems and processes in collaboration with senior management to achieve cost-effective improvements.Manage various aspects of property operations including leasing, market analysis, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.Assist in the creation and execution of standard operating procedures to support business expansion.Foster a positive workplace culture and provide strong leadership to all team members.Oversee staffing, employee development, and retention initiatives.Conduct departmental training sessions, including updates on legislative changes.Support tenant relations and maintain positive interactions.Collaborate with internal teams on new property design and development for operational excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Negotiate service contracts and ensure compliance with established guidelines.Set standards to enhance customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness.Provide on-site backup coverage as needed.Be available for on-call, after-hours responsibilities as required.Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline.Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management.At least 5 years in a leadership role.Familiarity with Yardi Voyageur is a plus.Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Certification in Property Management (CPM) or Real Property Administration (RPA) is advantageous.
