About Eazy Express

We are a reputable courier company seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Pick-up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods, handling heavy loads with care and attention to detail.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Transportation Experience: Have local transportation experience, with a strong understanding of urban areas and courier services.
  • Security and Safety: Possess a criminal record check, be bondable, and have a basic security clearance.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit, with the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
