We are a reputable transportation company seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Service Driver to join our team. As a Courier Service Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide Customer Service: Offer professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Inventory: Prepare, package, and restock goods, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Sort and Organize Packages: Sort packages for delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient sorting and organization.
  • Record Trip Information: Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery and inventory management.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Weight Handling: Be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

As a Courier Service Driver with Issa Jatt Carrier Inc, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a regular schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.
