Strategic Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Consultant at PRABH HOMES PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence. Key Responsibilities- Policy Development: Formulate and implement marketing policies that align with the company's objectives.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of professionals and support staff, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Administrative Functions: Manage various administrative tasks to streamline operations.
- Project Planning: Design and execute development projects that drive business growth.
- Investment Strategies: Identify and cultivate venture capital sources to support marketing initiatives.
- Regulatory Guidance: Advise on procedures and requirements for securing government approvals for marketing proposals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to develop social and economic profiles that attract industrial and commercial investments.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage special promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Research and prepare high-quality communications materials.
- Program Development: Create and deliver educational and promotional programs to engage clients.
- Contract Management: Draft and negotiate contracts related to marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive marketing studies to inform strategic decisions.
- Proposal Evaluation: Review and assess commercial development proposals to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Research Design: Develop and implement market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights.
- Marketing Portfolio: Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of marketing materials.
- Customer Experience Evaluation: Assess customer service and store environments to enhance client satisfaction.
- Research Projects: Design and analyze both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Digital Marketing: Execute online marketing strategies, including e-commerce and website promotions.
- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of potential franchisees and online platforms.
- Funding Applications: Prepare applications for funding to support marketing efforts.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business plans that drive success.
- Communications: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-sale.
- Staff Supervision: Manage office and volunteer staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Lead a team of 3-4 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Technical ProficiencyProficient in various software applications including:

- Email platforms
Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience in a marketing role. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
