About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at MY IKLINIQ. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels
    • Ensure accurate stock counts and manage stockroom operations
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
    • Authorize returns and manage customer complaints
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
    • Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Organizational and time management skills
Work Environment
