About the Role

Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Platforms Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software platforms that support our business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
  • Monitor the performance of business platforms and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide technical support to platform users and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of SAP experience in SAP FICO areas, with a proven record of accomplishment as a team lead of large and complex SAP business-system transformation programs.
  • Good accounting knowledge and experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in team leadership roles directing, leading, or managing the finance team offshore model.
  • Ability to resolve complex support queries and configure and test all support-related queries in GL, PCA, AR & AP Finance areas with strong integration knowledge of other FICO sub-modules.
