We are seeking a dedicated Deli Department Lead for our Parksville location.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of deli associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric environment where every interaction prioritizes exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, including training programs, recognition initiatives, and career development opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate important information and updates to the team, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Leverage market insights and competitive analysis to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth within the deli department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient stock management practices.
Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly valued.
  • Possess a valid Food Safe Certification.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for food and providing exceptional customer experiences.
