Job Summary:
Lifemark is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Active Physio Works Fort Saskatchewan. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for developing and executing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals, and providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
This is a Casual Part Time or Permanent Full Time/Independent Contractor opportunity, working Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment, with a diverse and stable caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
Requirements:
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
