Physiotherapist - Clinical Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimal supervision.
