Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Juice Truck Enterprises ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions to ensure that they are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Juice Truck Enterprises ltd, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding conditions, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Overtime may be required to meet the demands of the business.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
