Job Title: Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Harrington Construction (2011) Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate administrative processes.

Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience.
