Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective implementation
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate administrative processes
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dental plan

- Support for newcomers and refugees, including assistance with immediate settlement needs and foreign credential recognition
