- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Support newcomers and refugees with settlement needs, including housing, transportation, and foreign credential recognition.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Dental and health care plans.
- Support for newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and foreign credential recognition.
