Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our engineering teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

  • Departmental Management: Oversee the establishment and management of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and effective decision-making.
  • Representation and Advocacy: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, advocating for our interests and values.
  • Talent Development: Identify, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
