Overview: OpenTrain AI is seeking skilled French writers to enhance our AI training initiatives. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about writing and wish to play a pivotal role in shaping AI systems by creating responses that a refined AI assistant would utilize.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop written responses to prompts aimed at training AI to comprehend and engage naturally in Canadian French.
  • Craft responses that are articulate, precise, and resonate with the French-speaking population in Canada.
  • Work collaboratively with our AI development team to ensure that the written content aligns with the AI's educational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of your work to uphold high standards of quality and precision.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in creative writing or content development in French, with a strong grasp of Canadian cultural and linguistic nuances.
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Remotasks, Outlier, Appen, etc., is highly advantageous.
  • A portfolio showcasing published French writing, particularly aimed at Canadian audiences, is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication within our international team.
  • Experience with AI chatbot tools like ChatGPT is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional command of the French language, including diverse writing styles and flawless grammar.
  • Strong editing and proofreading capabilities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project needs.

Compensation Structure:

  • Hourly rates vary from $20.00 to $30.00, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
