Position: Product Owner

Work Location: Montreal or Chambly (QC), Ottawa (ON), Caraquet (NB), Remote

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Owner at Nuvoola AI, you will play a crucial role within our thought leadership team, collaborating closely with clients and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the long-term product roadmap, engaging with sales, marketing, implementation teams, customers, prospects, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Participating in iteration demonstrations and stand-up meetings.
  • Providing support to non-technical teams such as sales and marketing.
  • Leading requirement gathering by coordinating efforts among product management, implementation teams, customers, and other relevant parties.
  • Creating user experience models and working on design aspects.
  • Addressing developers' inquiries and clarifying project requirements.
  • Documenting new features for various implementations and versions.
  • Writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating with the QA team to ensure alignment.
  • Presenting the latest product iterations to clients prior to release.
  • Maintaining customer activity and lead status updates in our CRM system.
  • Engaging in industry conferences and events to stay attuned to market trends and needs.
  • Building and managing relationships with key technology and cloud computing partners.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French.
  • Relevant professional experience in IT product delivery.
  • Agile certifications, scrum mastery, and experience in backlog grooming.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT development team as a product owner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, representing the Nuvoola brand.
  • Dynamic, positive, and practical mindset.
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Required
Language Proficiency
  • French: Bilingual - Required
  • English: Bilingual - Required
