Language Bear is a global content development firm with a diverse team of over 1000 freelancers proficient in more than 60 languages. Our talented writers produce captivating, SEO-optimized content tailored to meet client specifications across various sectors, including Travel, Sports, Beauty, Fashion, Gaming, Automotive, Retail, and more.
We are currently seeking to expand our team for several upcoming large-scale projects.
We are looking for remote Canadian French Translators, Writers, and Editors with expertise in the gambling sector within the freelance market.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating, translating (from English to Canadian French), or editing content in French (CA) focused on Casino and Sports Betting topics. As an editor, your role will involve reviewing task briefs for writing assignments and ensuring the text is clear, stylistically appropriate, and free from grammatical, punctuation, spelling, and formatting errors. For translation tasks, you will compare the translated material with the original to ensure high-quality output. You will collaborate with a project manager who will provide guidance and support throughout the process.
Key Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in Canadian French;
- Demonstrated experience in writing, translating, or editing content related to Gambling (Games & Reviews) or Sports Betting, with relevant samples or portfolio;
- Exceptional writing abilities with a strict adherence to quality standards;
- Strong commitment to deadlines, which are critical for all assignments;
- Ability to work methodically and follow detailed instructions;
- Positive, responsible, and easy-going demeanor;
