About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment
