About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our restaurant and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
