We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Sales and Operations team at Your Immigration Company - YIC Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
