Executive Director of Immigration Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Director of Immigration Operations at Your Immigration Company - YIC Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our immigration operations, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and achieving desired outcomes.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting our interests and reputation.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Immigration Program Management: Manage immigration programs and assist with the emergency needs of Canadian citizens abroad, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with flexibility to travel as required.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
- Supervision: More than 20 people.
- Area of Work Experience: Immigration.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, and team player.
