Job Summary
We are seeking First Nations, Métis, and Inuit candidates to join our Personal Business Banking team as Client Service Representatives or Financial Service Representatives. As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced banking center, using your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement - Help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on the client experience and making interactions meaningful.
- Problem Solving - Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client's shoes, taking accountability for client issues and knowing when to lean on others to create a better solution.
- Leveraging Technology - Become a technology expert, sharing your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and helping them to better manage their banking needs.
