About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Noble Corporation. As an Inside/Counter Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Plumbing and HVAC products to assigned and potential customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer all Plumbing and HVAC requests and provide product quotation and technical support, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Create tender project quotes, review specifications, obtain prices, maintain quote logs, and follow up with vendors/customers to ensure seamless order progression.
  • Prepare and submit sales materials, receive approvals, purchase non-stock items, and oversee order progression of equipment to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to close sales and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Provide direct sales service and product line information to customers, either in person or through phone/email, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Process sales, including entering orders, retrieving products from inventory, and scheduling delivery or assisting buyers with loading orders.
  • Evaluate customer needs and upsell products where appropriate to maximize sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Perform other related branch duties to support business needs and contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support.
  • Well-organized, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent presentation ability, with the capacity to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, technical and advanced skills related to Plumbing and HVAC sales.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Plumbing/HVAC sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC systems, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Experience using industry-standard software, such as Trend, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
