About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1496030 Ontario INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the retail store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, or equivalent experience.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent education.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a client-focused approach.
