About the Role

HANIYA'S RETAIL INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a positive shopping experience to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Merchandise Management: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, manage product displays, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
