  • We are seeking a permanent, full-time Administrative Assistant and Word Processor to join our team at Trace Associates Inc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including reception desk duties, phone call management, and coordination of day-to-day office operations.
  • Format, proofread, and assemble technical documents in accordance with company standards.
  • Utilize Adobe Acrobat to create PDF documents and insert links and bookmarks.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, and organize materials and take minutes.
  • Facilitate file management for projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an office environment, preferably in a professional services or environmental consulting firm.
  • Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration or a related field.
  • Membership with the Association of Administrative Assistants is considered an asset.
  • You take pride in your work and possess outstanding attention to detail.
  • You are a positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy individual.
