We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at myKaarma. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and providing input into product design to tailor goods or services to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote sales to existing clients and assess their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
- Provide input into product design to ensure that goods or services meet client needs.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service-related problems.
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment and provide presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services.
- Supervise other technical staff and provide consultative services to translators, interpreters, and technical writers.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Salesforce, iOS, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
